Participation in the Serena Wholesale Trade Show Grand Giveaway is subject to these Official Rules.

Serena Wholesale is referred to throughout these Official Rules as the “Sponsor.”

2. Purpose of the Promotion

This giveaway is an advertising and promotional undertaking conducted by Serena Wholesale for the purpose of promoting Serena Wholesale and its goods and services.

A free method of entry is available as described in these Official Rules.

3. Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded.

Grand Prize – 2026 BMW X1

  • Quantity: 1
  • Approximate Retail Value: $50,000
  • Number of Winners: 1
  • Limit: One vehicle total
  • The prize is not redeemable for cash.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Rolex Watches

  • Quantity: 3
  • Approximate Retail Value: $12,000 each
  • Approximate Total Retail Value: $36,000
  • Number of Winners: 3
  • Limit: One Rolex watch per winner

The prizes are not redeemable for cash.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

iPhones

  • Quantity: 5
  • Approximate Retail Value: $1,200 each
  • Approximate Total Retail Value: $6,000
  • Number of Winners: 5
  • Limit: One iPhone per winner

Approximate Retail Values are estimates and may differ from actual retail or market prices.

All prizes are noncash prizes and are not redeemable for cash.

5. Eligibility

The giveaway is open only to:

  • Legal residents of the State of Georgia who are 18 years of age or older; and
  • Business entities located in Georgia acting through an authorized representative.

The following are not eligible:

  • Employees of Serena Wholesale;
  • Immediate family members of Serena Wholesale employees;
  • Household members of Serena Wholesale employees;
  • Agencies of the Sponsor; and
  • Prize suppliers associated with the promotion.

Void where prohibited.

6. Store and Business Account Prize Ownership

For entries associated with a Serena Wholesale store or business account, any prize awarded through that account belongs only to the verified owner of the eligible store or business.

Employees, buyers, managers, representatives, family members, or other persons acting on behalf of the store do not personally acquire ownership of the prize merely because they hold, submit, scan, or present the winning entry.

Serena Wholesale may require documentation necessary to verify store ownership before releasing a prize.

7. Entry Period

The eligible entry periods are:

Prior Purchase Entry Period

January 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026

Trade Show Entry Period

October 24 and October 25, 2026

8. How to Enter

There are two methods of entry.

A. Free Entry – No Purchase Necessary

Participants may complete the official free-entry form at the Sponsor’s booth during the Trade Show.

Limit: One (1) free entry per person, per day.

No purchase or payment is required to receive a free entry.

B. Additional Purchase-Based Entries

Eligible participants may receive additional entries as follows:

  • One (1) additional entry for every $10,000 in paid qualifying 2026 purchases through September 30, 2026.
  • One (1) additional entry for every $3,000 in qualifying purchases made during the Trade Show.

Additional purchase-based entries will be issued only after the applicable payment has been fully cleared and verified by Serena Wholesale.

Additional tickets may also be issued or activated while the eligible customer is physically present at Serena Wholesale, subject to verification by authorized Serena Wholesale personnel.

Unpaid, partially paid, pending, reversed, disputed, or otherwise unverified transactions will not qualify for additional purchase-based entries unless and until the applicable payment requirement has been satisfied and verified.

9. Official Giveaway Tickets and QR Codes

Every official Serena Wholesale giveaway ticket will contain a unique Serena-issued QR code or barcode.

These codes are designed to work with Serena Wholesale’s authorized giveaway system.

A ticket must correspond to a valid and eligible entry recorded in Serena Wholesale’s system.

The following may be rejected or disregarded:

  • Invalid QR codes or barcodes;
  • Duplicate codes;
  • Counterfeit tickets;
  • Altered tickets;
  • Copied or reproduced codes;
  • Unreadable codes;
  • Codes not recognized by Serena Wholesale’s system;
  • Entries that cannot be verified;
  • Entries associated with an ineligible participant; or
  • Tickets obtained through unauthorized means.

Possession of a printed or digital ticket alone does not establish eligibility if the corresponding entry cannot be verified in Serena Wholesale’s official records.

10. Entry Records

Serena Wholesale will maintain detailed records for giveaway entries.

The record for each entry may include:

  1. A unique entry ID;
  2. Entrant name or business/entity name;
  3. Source of entry;
  4. Number of entries awarded;
  5. Applicable customer or account information;
  6. Payment verification, where relevant;
  7. QR code or barcode information; and
  8. Other information reasonably necessary to verify the validity of the entry.

Entry sources may include:

  • Qualifying paid purchase entries;
  • Qualifying Trade Show purchase entries; and
  • Free entries.

All entries are subject to verification.

11. Drawing

A random drawing from all eligible entries will be held on:

October 25, 2026

at:

The drawing will be conducted randomly from all valid and eligible entries.

Participants do not need to be present to win.

12. Winner Notification

Potential winners may be notified:

  • In person;
  • By email; or
  • Through other contact information associated with their eligible entry or customer account.

A potential winner must complete the required eligibility and release documentation within three (3) days of notification.

If a potential winner:

  • Cannot be contacted;
  • Does not respond within the required period;
  • Is found to be ineligible;
  • Cannot verify the applicable entry;
  • Cannot verify applicable store ownership;
  • Fails to complete required documentation; or
  • Otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules,

an alternate winner may be selected.

13. Required Winner Documentation

Before a prize is released, a winner may be required to provide or complete the following:

  1. Affidavit of Eligibility
  2. Liability and Publicity Release
  3. IRS Form W-9
    • Social Security Number for an individual winner; or
    • Taxpayer Identification Number for a business/entity winner
  4. Valid government-issued identification
  5. For a vehicle winner:
    • Valid driver’s license; and
    • Proof of insurance
  6. Documentation reasonably required to verify business or store ownership, where applicable

Failure to provide required documentation may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

14. Taxes, Title and Registration

Winners are responsible for applicable taxes and other costs associated with receipt of a prize.

For the vehicle prize, the winner will be responsible for applicable:

  • Taxes;
  • Title fees;
  • Registration fees;
  • Insurance; and
  • Other expenses associated with ownership or operation of the vehicle.

The Sponsor may issue applicable tax reporting documents, including Form 1099, where required.

15. Prize Substitution

No prize substitution will be made except as required or permitted under applicable law, including O.C.G.A. § 10-1-393(b)(16)(I).

If a represented prize is unavailable, Serena Wholesale will handle the unavailable prize in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

16. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

Because the total number of entries cannot be known until the applicable entry period closes, the exact odds cannot be determined in advance.

17. Winner List

Winning entries will be announced on the day of the drawing.

A list of winning entries will also be:

  • Posted at Serena Wholesale;
  • Made available through the Serena Wholesale website; and
  • Provided to participants upon request, where applicable.

18. Prize Images

All prize images shown in flyers, advertisements, tickets, websites, social media, signage, displays, or other promotional materials are for illustration purposes only.

Actual products may vary in:

  • Appearance;
  • Color;
  • Model;
  • Configuration;
  • Packaging;
  • Accessories; or
  • Other characteristics.

19. Verification and Invalid Entries

Serena Wholesale reserves the right to verify all:

  • Entries;
  • Tickets;
  • QR codes and barcodes;
  • Customer accounts;
  • Purchases;
  • Payments;
  • Entrant identities;
  • Store or business ownership; and
  • Eligibility information.

Entries may be rejected or invalidated if they are:

  • Fraudulent;
  • Counterfeit;
  • Manipulated;
  • Altered;
  • Duplicated improperly;
  • Obtained through unauthorized means;
  • Associated with an invalid QR code or barcode;
  • Not recorded in Serena Wholesale’s official giveaway system; or
  • Otherwise inconsistent with these Official Rules.

Serena Wholesale’s verified system records may be used to determine the validity and status of an entry, subject to applicable law.

20. Random Selection and Integrity of Drawing

The drawing will be conducted randomly from all valid and eligible entries.

Serena Wholesale will maintain records related to the giveaway and the drawing process in order to preserve the integrity and verifiability of the promotion.

21. Changes to Official Rules

Serena Wholesale reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to amend, clarify, update, add to, or remove provisions of these Official Rules where reasonably necessary for the administration, security, integrity, legality, or operation of the giveaway.

Any material update will be published on Serena Wholesale’s official website.

No amendment will be applied in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

The version of these Official Rules published on the Serena Wholesale website will constitute the current published version.

22. General Conditions

By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and applicable law.

Serena Wholesale reserves the right to take reasonable actions necessary to:

  • Verify eligibility;
  • Verify purchases and payments;
  • Validate entries;
  • Validate QR codes and barcodes;
  • Verify store ownership;
  • Prevent fraud;
  • Correct administrative or technical errors; and
  • Protect the integrity and fairness of the giveaway.

23. Geographic Area

The promotion is intended for eligible participants within the State of Georgia, subject to the eligibility requirements contained in these Official Rules.
